SGI provided the Civil Improvement Plans, Parcel Mapping, Office Condominium Conversion and Construction Layout on this 7.5-acre site, containing 15 warehouse/office buildings ranging in size from 4,425 square feet to 12,240 square feet.
This site is another excellent example of having all those fields under one roof, improving communication and problem-solving throughout the Development process.
